Delete your IntelGrader account

You can ask us to delete your IntelGrader account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.

1. Delete your account in the app

If you signed up with an email address:

1. Open the IntelGrader app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Privacy & security → Delete account.
3. We email a code to your address. Enter the code to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

The app cannot delete an account that is only a student or parent account in a school, or the only admin of a school where other people work. In these cases, use the email option below.

2. Ask us by email

Use this if you signed up with only a phone number, no longer have the app, or cannot delete in the app.

1. Email learnline@learnline.in with the subject "Delete my account".
2. Send it from the email address on your account, or include the phone number you signed up with.
3. We reply and delete your account within 30 days.

3. What we delete

• Your account profile: name, email address, phone number and photo
• Your ways to sign in: password, Google sign-in and sign-in codes
• Your devices and push notification tokens
• All your active sessions, so you are signed out everywhere

4. What is kept, and for how long

• School records. Class lists, papers, uploaded answer sheets and marks belong to the school that uses IntelGrader. If you are a student in a school, deleting your account removes your login, but the school's records stay with the school. The school can ask us to delete them. Student answer sheet images are kept for the school's subscription plus 30 days.
• Analytics data is anonymized after 12 months.
