1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IntelGrader ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

IntelGrader is an AI-powered grading and evaluation platform that enables educators to grade handwritten student work, track concept mastery, and generate learning analytics. The Service is provided by Learnline Technologies.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must be an authorized representative of your institution to create an institutional account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Upload content that is not student academic work
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models
Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
Use the Service to facilitate academic dishonesty

5. Intellectual Property

The IntelGrader platform, including its AI models, interface, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Learnline Technologies. Student work uploaded to the platform remains the property of the respective institution.

6. AI Grading Accuracy

While IntelGrader achieves high accuracy rates (95%+), AI grading is an assistive tool. We recommend teacher review of AI-generated grades. IntelGrader is not liable for grading errors that pass through the review process.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime or data loss caused by circumstances beyond our control.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

IntelGrader and Learnline Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
